Robyn

Robyn is our salon manager & front of house. She has managed Templeogue team since 2016. Robyns main focus is always on the clients experience in every part of their salon journey, and her continued commitment to offering the highest level of customer care. She loves watching her team create beautiful hair and their dedication to making their clients feel good. Her favorite motto is “what’s meant to be will always find a way”
Salon Coordinator/Client Liaison Manager

Shenda

Shenda is our Salon Coordinator/Client Liaison Manager. She has worked with Black Amber since 2018. Shenda has been working in the salon industry for over 8 years and her main focus is always on the clients salon experience and her continued commitment to offering the highest level of customer care. She is passionate about improving the team in all aspects of care and service.
Her main motto is “DREAM the impossible, SEEK the unknown, ACHIEVE greatness”
Master Stylist

Lewis

Lewis has worked in the hair dressing industry for almost fifteen years. He began his career in 2006 serving his apprenticeship in the Grafton Street area of Dublin.
Lewis went on to explore his talents in cut & colour, and went further a field to salons in London and the U.S. He eventually went on the represent on the Irish Inter Coiffure team in Paris.
In 2010, Lewis was one of the first stylists at Black Amber. Now with over 10 years experience in the company his expertise in cut and colour serves his unrivalled clientele, who visit him from nationwide.

Lyndsey

Lyndsey has been a Master Stylist at Black Amber for over 5 years. The quality of her work is simply stunning. She makes every single client look and feel gorgeous.
Even after 20 years in the hair dressing industry Lyndsey always wants to re-educate herself on the latest trends and styles.
Her motto is “what is meant for you won’t pass you by”.
Master Stylist

Tracey

Tracey is a true superstar Master Stylist. Her creativity with precision cuts, colour applications and applying extensions are next level. She is simply amazing at making clients both look and feel fantastic walking out the salon door.
Tracey has over 19 years in the industry and has been a part of Black Amber for 10 years. Her sense of humour brings lots of laughter to the salon floor. Her motto is “there is no better feeling in the world than making someone feel beautiful, I get to do that every day”.
Creative Stylist

Leona

Leona is a talented Creative Stylist who started her hair dressing career in Black Amber over 3 years ago. At present she is in her final year of training in colour and cutting.
Leona loves to learn different colour techniques and creates stunning colour applications. Her magic sense of humour adds lots of positivity to the salon. Her motto is “a little progress each day adds up to a big result”.
Junior Stylist

Roisin

Roisin is a talented Junior Stylist in Black Amber. Her favourite speciality in hairdressing is balayage and upstyles. Roisin loves to keep up with new trends and find new ways to improve her skills.
Her motto is ‘the only person you should try to be better than is the person you were yesterday’.
Master Stylist

Rachel

Rachel has been in the hair industry for 10 years, 5 of which she has been with Black Amber. She likes to specialise in hair extensions and wedding hair for brides and their bridesmaids.
Her favourite service is doing restyles, she loves giving clients a completely new look that they can feel fabulous in.
Creative Stylist

Tara

Tara has been in the hairdressing industry and a part of the Black Amber team for 10 years. She loves new challenges and picking new tones and styles to suit each individual client. Her favourite service is using different techniques with balayage. In her spare time Tara loves to sing, her angelic voice is appreciated on the salon floor.

Bernie

Bernie is in the industry over for 25 years with a huge part of her career led in education and training which she absolutely loved . She has 3 young children whom keep her busy and young . She came back to the industry and Ireland 3 years ago having travelled the world for 11 years.
She has been with the Black Amber family over two years now and loves it . Her passion is cutting and styling. Bernie thinks a good hair cut is as good as any face-lift.

Jasmine

Jasmine is one of the newest members of the Black Amber team joining us in 2021. She is a creative stylist and she loves every aspect of hairdressing. Her flair and personality have been a welcome addition to the salon. She has a passion for cutting, styling and blow drys.

Chloe

Chloe has been working in the hairdressing industry for 17 years. She has specialised in colour services for over 13 years.
Chloe has been a part of Black Amber for almost 5 years now & she loves the atmosphere. Her favourite service is balayage or highlights.

Sean has recently completed his graduation and will be rejoining us on the 8th of September 2022 as a fully qualified Creative Stylist.
He is also our Colour Specialist here in Rathfarnham.

Kelly has always been passionate about the hair industry and originally started her career as an apprentice hairdresser, before realising her ambition lay in customer care and the operational side of the business.
Transitioning to a front of house role her main focus is always on the clients experience in every part of their salon journey, and her continued commitment to offering the highest level of customer care. Her friendly disposition and positive energy ensures she is always on hand to help.

Cathy

Cathy has developed a talent for making hair beautiful over her 20 years of experience in the hair industry. Her vast training has given her a wide basis of cutting and styling but she has developed a much more modern approach as a master of her craft.
The ever-expanding knowledge of techniques she has gained is truly unique, and leaves her confident working with any type of hair, long or short, curly or straight.
She is an excellent listener and communicator who is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and perfecting a tailored style for each client.

Kate joined the BA Team in 2016, her philosophy is creating beautiful, healthy looking hair and making women radiate confidence with cutting and styling across all ages.
A modest miracle worker with a legion of clients, has over 20 years experience and a passion for quality, service and detail.
Her enthusiasm for creating new and exciting looks, along with having a strong understanding for sophisticated and contemporary styles, has enabled her to transform the way her clients look and feel.

Russell

Russell prides himself in being able to adapt to each client’s individual needs, — from strong, edgy haircuts to classic bobs, or his unique methods of cutting graduated long layers to his expert finishing and blow drying.
His understanding of hair at all levels is all-encompassing and his knowledge and expertise as a Master stylist make his talents much in demand.
Russell believes that hairstyling is the key to balancing a strong reliable foundation that provides shape with longevity but adds an artistic flair which enhances the client’s individual style and qualities.

Siobhan

Siobhan has had vast experience training and working in London before returning to Ireland. Over this time she has mastered a wide range of cutting and colouring techniques, which she now tailors to suit her individual client’s needs.
Her forté certainly lies within precision cutting, as she has an eye for detail and will settle for nothing less than perfection when it comes to styling. She likes to work with her clients to find the best style to suit them, understanding the natural behaviour of the hair and working with it whilst still creating a sharp precision look. She also pays close attention to personal style and lifestyle, being a mother herself she understands the constraints some of us can live under.
Her loyal customer base includes both men and women, who have followed her throughout her career. They are endeared to her calm persona, and professionalism.

With over 8 years styling and colouring experience, Adam has a strong interest in conveying individualism and personality, when pin pointing the thing he enjoys most about hairdressing, he knows instantly that it is the interaction that he has with the people he works with and building up a relationship with his loyal clients.
Whether you are talking about hair care or personal issues, Adam is someone who can be relied upon for sound honest advice. He thrives on working with his clients to create a bespoke look.

Bernadette

Bernadette joined Black Amber in 2017, where she became an apprentice and underwent the BA training programme. She loves meeting new people from all walks of life and is a perfectionist, her bubbly and friendly personality instantly puts her clients at ease, with whom she likes to create looks with plenty of texture and movement.
Bernadette has further refined and expanded her skills completing many cutting and colouring courses throughout her career, she is passionate about ensuring that the cut and colour you receive is the right choice for you.
Creative Stylist

Emma

Emma has developed a loyal client base who return for her services in both colouring and styling time and again. She thrives on ensuring her clients hair stays healthy and looking beautiful and is always happy to share home hair care tips. She has great depth of expertise in colouring and styling techniques.
Emma is constantly expanding her skills and has a keen interest in hair extensions. She also is a part of the Show Pony hair extensions educational team, Emma says it is so rewarding to be able to give women what they have always wanted: “more hair”.
Senior Assistants / Colourist

Niamh

Niamh joined Black Amber in 2018 and underwent the BA Training programme completing her training and working her way to being senior stylist.

Niamh’s attention to detail, precision hair cutting and creative hair colouring make her one of Irelands leading hairstylist. She is also responsible for educating and sharing her knowledge coaching the future stylist of BA Gorey.

Suzi has been in the hairdressing industry since 2012 and joined Black Amber Naas in 2018. She ensures that every client’s service experience is exceptional, relaxing and surpasses expectations.

Amy

Amy is an Art Director of our Naas branch. She started in Black Amber Templeogue 11 years ago and has over 20 years of hairdressing experience. She is very precise at everything she does and specialises in short precision hair cuts. Her love for colour is exceptional and she loves seeing the end result and how happy it makes her clients look and feel.

Laura is a Master Stylist and Colour Specialist in our Naas branch with 10 years experience in the industry.
Laura has a passion for all types of colour especially blondes , she also specialises in bonded hair extensions and loves how she can use these techniques to transform each of her clients hair to make them look and feel more confident.
