Robyn

Robyn is our salon manager & front of house. She has managed Templeogue team since 2016. Robyns main focus is always on the clients experience in every part of their salon journey, and her continued commitment to offering the highest level of customer care. She loves watching her team create beautiful hair and their dedication to making their clients feel good. Her favorite motto is “what’s meant to be will always find a way”
Salon Coordinator/Client Liaison Manager

Shenda

Shenda is our Salon Coordinator/Client Liaison Manager. She has worked with Black Amber since 2018. Shenda has been working in the salon industry for over 8 years and her main focus is always on the clients salon experience and her continued commitment to offering the highest level of customer care. She is passionate about improving the team in all aspects of care and service.
Her main motto is “DREAM the impossible, SEEK the unknown, ACHIEVE greatness”
Master Stylist

Lewis

Lewis has worked in the hair dressing industry for almost fifteen years. He began his career in 2006 serving his apprenticeship in the Grafton Street area of Dublin.
Lewis went on to explore his talents in cut & colour, and went further a field to salons in London and the U.S. He eventually went on the represent on the Irish Inter Coiffure team in Paris.
In 2010, Lewis was one of the first stylists at Black Amber. Now with over 10 years experience in the company his expertise in cut and colour serves his unrivalled clientele, who visit him from nationwide.
Master Stylist

Tracey

Tracey is a true superstar Master Stylist. Her creativity with precision cuts, colour applications and applying extensions are next level. She is simply amazing at making clients both look and feel fantastic walking out the salon door.
Tracey has over 19 years in the industry and has been a part of Black Amber for 10 years. Her sense of humour brings lots of laughter to the salon floor. Her motto is “there is no better feeling in the world than making someone feel beautiful, I get to do that every day”.

Leona

Leona is a talented Creative Stylist who started her hair dressing career in Black Amber. At present she is qualified 5 years.

Leona loves to learn different colour techniques and creates stunning colour applications. Her magic sense of humour adds lots of positivity to the salon. Her motto is “a little progress each day adds up to a big result”.

Róisín works in Templeogue branch 7 years, she is a creative stylist over 2 years, she also has her Color master Degree done with Goldwell Academy she loves everything color and styling , her motto is if it doesn’t challenge you it won’t change you!

Carol

Carol is oursalon manager in our Rathfarnham branch.she joined the company in 2024 and had many years experience behind her . She loves meeting people on a day to day basis and always ensures that the clients visit to the salon is welcoming and a memorable experience. She sets a standard of professionalism and creates a nice atmosphere to work in for her team to thrive

Sean

With over 8 years of experience in the industry, Sean has built a reputation as a highly skilled master stylist and barber. Having been a part of Black Amber since 2017, Sean has honed his craft through extensive training and hands-on experience, becoming a true expert in colour and cutting. Since becoming a master colourist in 2020, he’s been consistently sought after, with a fully booked schedule and a diverse range of clients.

Joined Black Amber in 2022 and is currently doing her national Apprenticeship. Abbie loves to keep up with the latest trends in Hair and Fashion and brings great energy to the Salon. She loves to look after each individual client with a smile on her face and making their visit enjoyable.

Joined Black Amber in 2022 and is a Senior Salon assistant. Charlie’s passion is color and up styling and is constantly specializing.

This is our creative stylist and colour specialist Shauna. Shauna has been a Black amber member since 2023, she has been in the hairdressing industry for over 4 years. She loves all things colour and spent time doing extensive training to receive her colour degree. Her bubbly and friendly personality has been a great addition to our team here in rathfarnham and her creativity and professionalism is what her clients love most about her. Shauna always works extremely hard to make her clients feel welcome and to give a celebrity experience. Shauna is always eager to learn all things new and to expand her knowledge everyday.

Cathy has developed a talent for making hair beautiful over her 20 years of experience in the hair industry. Her vast training has given her a wide basis of cutting and styling but she has developed a much more modern approach as a master of her craft.
The ever-expanding knowledge of techniques she has gained is truly unique, and leaves her confident working with any type of hair, long or short, curly or straight.
She is an excellent listener and communicator who is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and perfecting a tailored style for each client.

Kate joined the BA Team in 2016, her philosophy is creating beautiful, healthy looking hair and making women radiate confidence with cutting and styling across all ages.
A modest miracle worker with a legion of clients, has over 20 years experience and a passion for quality, service and detail.
Her enthusiasm for creating new and exciting looks, along with having a strong understanding for sophisticated and contemporary styles, has enabled her to transform the way her clients look and feel.

Russell

Russell prides himself in being able to adapt to each client’s individual needs, — from strong, edgy haircuts to classic bobs, or his unique methods of cutting graduated long layers to his expert finishing and blow drying.
His understanding of hair at all levels is all-encompassing and his knowledge and expertise as a Master stylist make his talents much in demand.
Russell believes that hairstyling is the key to balancing a strong reliable foundation that provides shape with longevity but adds an artistic flair which enhances the client’s individual style and qualities.

Siobhan

Siobhan has had vast experience training and working in London before returning to Ireland. Over this time she has mastered a wide range of cutting and colouring techniques, which she now tailors to suit her individual client’s needs.
Her forté certainly lies within precision cutting, as she has an eye for detail and will settle for nothing less than perfection when it comes to styling. She likes to work with her clients to find the best style to suit them, understanding the natural behaviour of the hair and working with it whilst still creating a sharp precision look. She also pays close attention to personal style and lifestyle, being a mother herself she understands the constraints some of us can live under.
Her loyal customer base includes both men and women, who have followed her throughout her career. They are endeared to her calm persona, and professionalism.

Bernadette

Bernadette joined Black Amber in 2017, where she became an apprentice and underwent the BA training programme. She loves meeting new people from all walks of life and is a perfectionist, her bubbly and friendly personality instantly puts her clients at ease, with whom she likes to create looks with plenty of texture and movement.
Bernadette has further refined and expanded her skills completing many cutting and colouring courses throughout her career, she is passionate about ensuring that the cut and colour you receive is the right choice for you.

Emma

Emma has developed a loyal client base who return for her services in both colouring and styling time and again. She thrives on ensuring her clients hair stays healthy and looking beautiful and is always happy to share home hair care tips. She has great depth of expertise in colouring and styling techniques.
Emma is constantly expanding her skills and has a keen interest in hair extensions. She also is a part of the Show Pony hair extensions educational team, Emma says it is so rewarding to be able to give women what they have always wanted: “more hair”.
